Cat back strait pipe
Will strait pipe from the cat back burn out the cat faster?

Nope, but it should help reduce some EGT, may not be much though.

and no need to worry about valves because the turbo puts enough back pressure on em right?

Pretty much, once you get past the exhaust wheel...the engine has no clue nor will it care what happens with the exhaust.
