So yesterday i went out to start the 6.0 after not running it for the week, it was 38 degrees outside so i cycled the glow plug relay three times thinkin it might help it start easier to warm them up more. On first crank the truck kinda started but then didnt stay running the i turned it again and stayed running like normal, but i then saw white smoke coming out of the tail pipe for maybe a Min. tops. This is the first time i have seen it and want to catch anything before it gets worse. I have one code of P0675 wich i believe to be GPCM( correct me if im wrong). Can this code cause the short amount of white smoke? Also truck has 193K on it and after that smoke ran perfectly fine ECT and EOT were and are always within 5-10 degrees of eachother. Please let me know what you think.
The white smoke was more than likely unburnt fuel from the engine started "stone cold". I'm assuming you didn't have it plugged in. This link should help you with the code you pulled:
No it was not plugged in due to the fact that i still have not found the cord on the truck but may be because it doesnt have one...and thank you for the link

At some point between 04 and 05 they only put cords on "cold state" trucks but I haven't seen an 04 without one yet. You might look at the block heater (above the starter) and see if it's got a cord on it and if it does the plug-in is buried in the harness around the passenger side tow hook behind the bumper.

This might help you find it...if your truck was equipped with the cord...

I remember reading somewhere here on FTE it was effective with the '05 model year trucks...but I have no clue if/when the cut off took effect. Also, couldn't you order the truck with the cord if you "spec built/ordered" your truck new? Been a few years, so I maybe thinking of something completely different.
