Anyone have a good one of these? It's a throttle kicker. I use it for a fast idle but it was originally used to close the throttle and prevent dieseling.
The threads are 1/2" diameter. I bought a Holley one but it much too big. The bracket is my own creation.

I'm trying to rack my brain for the original source. It looks kind of like the ones that were fitted to Ford carbs in the middle to late 60s, early 70s and was used as either anti-dieseling or AC idle speed up.

Ok, I did some digging based on some cars I used to own and came up with these Ford PNs: D0AZ-9D856-A, D2AZ-9D856-E, D3AZ-9D856-A & D7DZ-9D856-A also another couple that may be Chrysler, GM or even AMC PNs: 8120480 & J8120480.

Thanks, I'm running a Barry Grant carb and don't get enough fast idle out of the adjustment in the winter. I I also use it with a steering diode to kick in when the AC compressor comes on. The one I got from Holley probably works on Holleys but doesn't seem adjustable.
