Wow. lol, didn't expect all the requests! Its no problem, I can whip up however many needed. I'll find out how much they are after getting the zerks, o-rings, and metal and turn up a bunch tomorrow. I don't expect it to be very much, maybe $5 shipped for a fitting.
Have you guys been shipping the fitting around in one of those yellow air bubble envelopes?

Back a couple of years when this one was originally made, we had a Brother who was the supervisor of an automated machine shop down in the Houston area. He had a few cranked out based on my original drawing, so there are at least a few more out there.
If anyone wants the drawing, I'll post it here. It's dirt-floor simple!
Edit: I went back and found the thread. It's farther back than I thought, 2007. Here's the drawing, but remember, the thread doesn't need to be for a metric Zerk, and the O-ring groove is completely unnecessary.

Pop, are all the measurements on the drawing correct? No changes were needed after those dimensions? Is the 90* zerk better/needed or are the strait zerks fine?
Its in a little box wrapped in professional packing material, aka latex glove.
Not trying to discourage you, I'm just saying....

I know you can do it though. You really came through with the Kentucky plant window stickers.

Yeah I don't mind and its no problem. I like helping out fellow ford enthusiast! I don't charge to make a profit with the stickers but I think I will go for $1 each over actual cost for the fittings just to cover electricity, bits, tap, etc. Expect some pics of new fittings today!

From one EX owner to another.... THANK YOU
.
What he said - just bought my 2000 Ex Limited and am going through the laundry list of things that need to get done/updated/improved.
I fear that it's too late for me....
I picked up a nasty, loud squealing from my right front hub area yeasterday AM.... It's intermittent, and changes with wheel speed but I think it may be a smoked hub/bearing.
I jacked the front end up and checked for play. It seams tight still, but spins much harder then the driver's side. Also slows and comes to stop much faster than the driver's side.
I hope that zerk finds me SOOoooOOOnn....
