Back at it!
Well, I've been away for one reason or another, strongman and powerlifting competitions have been in full swing, so been busy competing around Texas and surrounding states, just plum forgot about you fine people here. Things slowing down again, figured I'd pop in and check on things, see how everyone was doing. Hope all is well with ya'll.

Haha, sorry, training still for another upcoming meet and my phone has been jacked up. So I haven't been getting my email subscriptions to my phone, that usually reminds me to check the forums.
http://www.powerliftingwatch.com/federations/msa is the federation I lift under, most of the links for their meets are broke, and whoever did the website stopped for some reason when it came to posting meet results. I'm prepping for the Dec. 9th benefit meet in Arlington right now. Going to attempt to break my old records I set back in August. We'll see how that goes.
