My F250 (2012 XLT CC diesel, 10,000 GVWR) just happened to come with the snow plow option. I measured the gap from the fenders front and rear and they are the same (if anything the fronts are about 1/4" higher) so it really does act as a poor man's leveling kit. I love how the truck rides--very comfortable. If you have the option I would recommend the snow plow option for the level look alone--not bad for $85.
I ordered snow plow prep on mine because my current truck had snow plow prep. Never seen a plow. Just seemed like a cheap option to get the HD Alternator and a heavier duty spring on the front.
My fat butt is close to the weight of a plow anyways. Figured the truck could use the help holding me up.
I can't answer the Rancho stabilizer question but I can tell you that the snow plow springs will level the truck perfectly. Add the Bilstein 5100's at each corner and you will be very happy with the ride.
I have not heard (or read) of anyone who installed Bilstein shocks ever having an issue with the stock stabilizer. Some are so impressed that they have installed the Bilstein stabilizer.
I bought my truck with the prep package just because I wanted a loaded 250 in forest green and my truck was available at another out of state dealer. At first I didn't think much of it. Six months later I think it was a good move. The heavy duty springs are very large and provide a steady feel on the highway. Furthermore I have not heard of anyone having the "death wobble" issue due to the stock Ranch shocks with these springs.

Out of curiosity- would you post what sticker is on your springs, with the number codes, and also what is the GAWR, for your front and rear on the drivers side door sticker, the spring codes on the sticker should be something like this;*
Follow the table below to select the correct spring to install based on the vehicles front GAWR rating. Follow the instructions in Workshop Manual, Section 204-01A.

My understanding the spring rate is "computer picked" considering options selected for the truck so the springs could be different on other snow plow equipped trucks. My truck is an XLT diesel CC.
The ACC springs are the 6000# springs. That answers my question though as far as leveling. See I bought mine withoutthe snowplow prep, but changed from AEC (5200#) springs to the ACC, and although it did raise the front about 3/4" according to before and after measurements- my truck isn't level front to back
The reason I asked about the GVW of your truck is I figured it was the 10,000 GVW and the rear just sits a little lower than the 11,500 GVW which is what I have. I do like the ride a lot better with the new springs
I noticed that you can't get the camper package AND the snow plow prep package.
From the package descriptions, the camper package includes the heavy duty front springs, so if I got the camper package that would include all of the equipment that's included with the snow plow package? (except for the HD alternator)
Mine with plow prep was 1/2" low in the front. Was pretty close to level when I first brought it home but after driving around and actually using the plow a couple times the springs settled in about 1/2". I installed a 2.5 front / 2" rear lift so now it's lifted 3.5" (including the extra inch from the 6000 lb springs) and sets perfectly level. Looks good as well.
