So the PO of my truck has a toggle switch going to a harness under the dash that use to plug into what looks to be like a dead end or something? But anyone have any clue whats going on here? Is this maybe a torque converter lockup switch???
Also my radio wiring doesnt have a constant 12v going to it on the green/yellow wire and NONE of the speakers work... I bought the adapter and I just jumped the memory and power wire to the 12 ignition wire to make it turn on but no music? Maybe this is for the radio?
X2 that's the door buzzer, he might have toggled it to silence the noise, I chucked mine within 2 days of buying the truck!
X-3, except mine was a very obnoxious ding, ding, ding, dingier. I'll take a look at the other plugs later this afternoon to see if I can identify them.
with the speaker no music problem alot of the times i seen on my truck / alot of fords are the little square plug you buy they always never plug in tight and you wont have speakers when i got mine it only had two working so i just spliced em together and took that little square plug out hopefully this helps alot of times you can push hard and make it work
ohhh gotcha. Doesnt have anything to do with the dome light does it? I fixed the radio. The amp was bad under the dash, so I ran wires from the back of the sterio to the connector that went to the speakers from the other side of the amp.
