Well really but anyhow we cook up about 15 eggs a pound of sausage and a 1//4 pound of bacon. Were not eatting it today. LOL
We do that every so often and then add it to tortillas with cheese and roll em up and then wrap with plastic wrap- Let them cool and then dump them all in a gallon freezer bag. Freeze the whole thing.
Makes for a quick breakfast in the morning. Just pop it in the micro and zap for 35 secs , flip it and zap for 25 secs and its piping hot.
This evening we are going to heat up a precooked / mesquite smoked brisket thats already sliced. Just foil the btm of a cooking pan, add some water and Worcestershire and heat at 300 for about a hour or so. Just need some side fixins and voila. Not sure if I like that viola word. LOL heck for that matter that Worcestershire should be spelled different too.

The winds today sure made pulling a 35' tip to tail 9000# trailer a LOT of fun!...the winds were about 20mph sustained with 30mph gusts mostly cross winds but sometimes tail winds...the Hensley sure earned it's keep once again!
Tonight we're just going to have burgers on the grill and chill...I'm working on my second barley pop now that the pulling is done and we may take a run through Teddy Roosevelt NP tonight just to get the lay of the land...
We're just chilling after a pretty long travel day...oh yeah...it was 100 degrees here when we pulled in too!
Hope everyone had a great Sunday!
Joe (really Joe this time...Tracey is off duty for now...LOL)
