Okay so these valves are the exhaust valves off of a 95 E350 with a 460. My head shop told me the valves are all shot and need to be replaced. The seats are good and the sealing taper is great. I would assume he is saying that the valves have pulled up into the head a little bit. In the picture noticed the step right above the 44 degree sealing taper. My question is this. Is this step due to valve deformation like he thinks or did ford just undercut these valves? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Okay this thing says that I cannot attach my photos could someone explain why it says at the bottom "you may not post attachments"?
You can host the pictures on photobucket or some place like that and put a link in your post...
Just click the icon that looks like a mountain in a picture frame in the advanced editor and put the link to the picture there.. To see if you did it right click preview to the right of submit reply, if it didn't you can keep trying without making a bunch of posts trying..

Or if hosted just paste in the [IMG] blah blah at photobucket.com [/IMG}Code in the quick editor and they will post where you put them.
Never mind I will figure stuff out on my own. However in my opinion making to where you have to have 25 post or whatever to be able to post pictures just makes lots of idiots post crap. But not my website so not my day to worry about it. Also, I found out the answer to my valves questions.
You don't have to use a third-party image host. You can host them here. Go to your user CP, then click albums and make an album. You can then post those pictures in a thread. I believe you have to have so many posts to unlock that feature, but may be wrong.
