can someone please help me? My dad sold his 1998(it is considered a 1999, built in December, 1998) Ford F350 7.3 powerstroke dually. The man that bought it doesn't have his name in the phone book, nor is he on any social media websites. I would like to find out the man's name, address, and phone number, if possible. Does anyone have any idea how I can reach this man?
well I know the owner lives within 20 miles. so not all hope is lost. the truck has too much sentimental value just to let it go like: the truck was our hunting truck since I was 7(I'm now 16, turning 17), I first learned how to drive in it, We have taken it on family vacations pulling our camper, I have over 20,000 miles out of the 300,000+, and there is nothing like the smell of diesel exhaust on a cold morning.

That is kinda tough due to privacy laws now. I(f he is close by your best bet would be to keep an eye out for it. If you have his name ask around maybe someone knows him.
I have seen him and the truck, but didn't catch his name, because he and I were both on the road. I have asked a bunch of people around where he lives and they don't know him nor have heard of him.
if you have the plate number you may be able to get contact info through the police or DMV. Or maybe call in a favor if you have a friend who is a cop. Or if you have a VIN I think CarFax gives the names and address of previous owners.
