found my color
I finaly found the color my 1965 is. I sent a snail mail to the guy on the title in AZ. he replied he was told it was a "Vauxhal" color # 70l, Prospray. It tokk a couple of days to realize he was talking about a Vauxhall automobile. They were part of the Opel GM imports of the 80s. Got hold of a guy named Randy at the 800# found on line. He was very helpful and now I have the right paint.Ill probably do more business with "pro spray"

GM purchased Vauxhall in 1925, imported them to the US from England, then were sold by Pontiac Dealers in the 1950's/60's.
GM purchased German automaker Adam Opel AG in 1931.
Buick dealers sold Opel Kadett's in the 1960's, other models like the Opel GT thru the 1980's.
The recently discontinued Saturn: L, Aura and Astra were basically rebadged Opel's. In the UK, the Astra is known as the Vauxhall Astra.
The new Buick Regal is the former Saturn Aura, with misc sheet metal and trim changes.
