MySync Help Please
2010 F350 with Sync and no Nav System.
I managed to get my phone(Samsung Fascinate, Android) connected up fairly easy, but it won't stay connected. It disconnects during calls, but according to my phone is still connected. It does't auto connect either when phone button on steering wheel is pressed. I have to go through the WHOLE connection process each time.
The most recent problem I noticed is that, while sitting in my office in my home, it says that it is connected to the Sync( truck off and sitting 65ft away through several walls) and will not connect to my head set. I tried to unpair it from Sync and it never would thus, keeping it from connecting to my headset. See screen shot.
I'm lost! Thinking about not even using the Sync for the phone, but it is really convenient while driving when it works. When it doesn't, VERY distracting and dangerous!!!
Are others having this problem?
Any help or feedback would be accepted.

Have you tried Ford's site for sync?

Just curious, appears your phone may not be holding the bluetooth connections for the vehicle and your headset.

I just Googled "Samsung Fascinate Ford Sync" and it looks like you're not alone in this issue. There's more links available, might have to pick through a few..

Ford Sync was no help.
I also googled this issue and discovered I may have to live with it or get a different phone.
Oh well, if this is the biggest problem I have to face I'll be ok.
