I have for sale a Holset H2E turbo. Its been rebuilt by SS Pro Diesel. I was planning to put it on my powerstroke but I lack the funds to do the other supporting mods and have other things for the truck i have to pay for. Its in great shape, no play in the wheel. Asking $600.

how much boost would it put out? on a stock truck

 

You wouldnt see mych boost on a stock truck as the injectors are to small to spool it up. But with bigger injectors, youd need headstuds because it will give you 35+ lbs easy as pie.

 

Well don't want to put injectors in till my stocks don't work anymore. Since the injectors I want are 1200.00, so thanks anyway. good luck on selling it

 

Is this still around? I have a 7.3 motor laying in the floor out in the back building that I am thinking about rebuilding from ground up for the E99.
Thinking I am wanting to at least hit the 400hp mark if I do, but dont really know what all I am going to need to be looking for. I am not in a hurry so Just trying to get a list of things I will need and start getting them when I can.

Yup, still got it and the first 500 takes it! With injectors to fuel it it will get you to 400 easy. The only things needed to put this on our 7.3s is the pedestal for the h2e which can be bought at many places, hypermax sells them. Its currently set up for a 5 inch dp so you can either change the exhaust side or fab up a downpipe to taper down so you can fit it in. Any more questions, pm me for my number.
