Chasing mistakes
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to drop a quick input thread. Long story short Ive been chasing mistakes with my 01 F250 that either to previous owner screwed up or its current owner screwed up
. Most of which has been accomplished through this site! So a big thank you to the endless knowledge that comes from this site pertaining to our trucks!
Anyway, a short list of particulars that I have caught and fixed with the truck.
PS fluid in the PS pump (That cost me a new PS pump and cooler lines, replaced with syn. ATF), stock set up KN air intake filter (replaced with 6637), currently in the process of flushing old green coolant and replacing with Zerex HD ELC, ripped the "10 minute oil change specialists" sticker off the windshield and did my own oil change with Rotella T the day after I bought it, threw away (not literally) the super chip it came with replaced with DP and gauges.
I am sure I am missing something but anyway based on that list what am I missing?? I had no clue about the coolant deal (it having to be HD ELC) until about 3 weeks ago and Ive had the truck for just over a year now. So if anyone has any suggestions on some preventative maintenance things Im missing Id love to hear from ya!

Cant comment on, if its a drop-in K/N filter, but you can do your own "googling" on that topic.. For maint/mods...cant beat this site...
