98 expy 4x4
can some one tell me where the modgels and relays for 4x4 are.
all fuse's are good but is stuck in 4hi , this is a freinds rig, about 2,3,week's ago it suck in 4l , then started forking on it's own, any hel
would be great.
p.s. there are 5 relay's on left side of fuse panel book 's don't tell me what they are

The TOD (Torque on Demand) Relay and the transfer case shift relays are Under the center of the dash, w-a-y up near the windshield!
The GEM (Generic Electronic Module) which controls the relays is up under the dash, drivers side, sort of behind the main light switch.

Remove the oval trim (pry up) on top of the dash and I think you can get to them easier than you can by reaching up from underneath.
