I think I sorted paper size by viewing the files and noting there are some dimensions listed on each file and then custom selecting a paper size several inches larger than the biggest dimension, my plotter uses 36" wide rolled paper so I set that as the width and for the top panel I think I selected something like a 74" length, then selected "none" under the page scaling option and printed, I was able to check the final print using the dimensions noted against the actual print to verify its the correct size. I had a miscue the first time I tried to print because I didn't select a large enough paper size (there are build in margins) so go bigger than you think and you should be fine.

JP1222, I am glad to send you the pattern but you should note, it is for a 1965-1966 F series. I believe there are some differences between the 1962, and those. Send me your email address, and I will send you the pattern. If you manage to make a pattern that works for 1961-1964, then you may want to let others know what you did.
