steering wheel swap

i also just got all new tie rod ends and drag link and a wheel alignment and now the wheel is way off.whats the best way to center the wheel again?do i just put the wheels straight and and install the steering wheel straight again? or did the shop not install everything correct?

Count the turns lock to lock and divide that number in half, turn the wheel to it stops and then turn it back the calculated number of turns and install wheel straight. This will only work if you tierods and trac bushing are in good shape.

take it back to the alignment shop and point out that they didn't line up the wheel. They did that with my mom's toyota, lined it up and the steering wheel was way off. I took it back for her and they fixed it right away. Means the guys got lazy and adjusted the tie rods under the truck without paying attention to which way the wheel was pointing. It happens.
