devino246 thanks for the advice, I don't want to clog up the lines. The belt is new and tight, good fluid & no major leaks. There is some play in the pulley so I'm guessing the bearing is going out in the pump, still works good just squeals above 30mph, or at higher rpms. I guess I'll go ahead and buy a new one. Hope I haven't

No worries on the hi jack, all info is good info. I will be going through all this very soon, hoping to start this weekend.
I am going to try and make a universal joint from a compact tractor work, pretty sure I can. Might have to machine a few things to get it all together but still should be beefier and cheaper then buying a new one. If it works I will do a how to, just got to see if it works first
