I wanted to ask if anybody knows if you can swap a cab from an 80s or 90s Ford Truck onto a 77 F-250 frame? I know it will look different, but will the bolt holes line up.
I also wanted to ask the same about the beds. I assume they are because I see 70s trucks with later beds.... but we all know what happens when you assume!

If you can weld and fabricate, then Yes it will fit. Hell, i could put a Nash body on my '76 if I wanted too, just a bit more welding and fabrication that I feel like doing
Same goes with the bed. I am putting a '58 bed on my '76. Just had to fab up a couple of brackets and drill some bed holes.
Bottom line, you will have to measure and measure again to see what will fit and what you will have to fabricate. I doubt, but could be wrong, that it will be a direct replacement bolt-on.
Unless the '77 is an early '77 and a 4wd the beds will be VERY close. I have read here that they are a direct swap, but when I put an '87 bed on my '74, 2wd frame the holes weren't exact. They were within a 1/2" or so - but far enough off it will take drilling to get the bolts in.
