97 Explorer leak under hood.

97 Explorer leak under hood.
I have the 5.0 AWD.
I have developed a rather noisy exhaust leak on the right side under the hood.
There is a tube screwed into the top of the right (left if you are looking from front to rear) exhaust manufold with what looks to be a compression fitting. This tube goes into a Y. The Y facing the rear is connected to a hose. The other part of the Y is screwed into something else with a compression fitting.
Looks like an easy fix but what is it called & is it available at a parts store?
I am not an expert but not an idiot either.
