Transmission Fluid
I have a 68 F100 with the 4 speed tranny, and I need to replace the fluid, any recommendations?

Regular ol 90WT should work just fine, don't know if you are in a cold winter climate where a multi grade might be used.

The original owners manual that came with my 68 F100 says to use Engine oil SAE 50 above 10 deg F and engine oil SAE 30 below 10 Deg F.

90 wt gear oil will work and is good if you have a noisy transmission, but 50 wt is all that is required.
