door wiring
im replacing the doors on my 92 f150 and i need to know if the wiring unplugs in the kick panel or if their is a plug in. has anyone on here changed their doors maybe you would know

just an update, i changed out the doors on my 92 and their are plugs inside the kick panel so its and easy swap. the only prob i found is i put doors off my 95 on my 92 and i had to move wiring around in the plugs but that only took 5 min and the are up and working.

I just put power 95 doors on my 92 Dump that had manual windows/locks. There was nothing behind the kick panels. It was still an easy swap, I just made a 8 ft, 8 wire harness. If the person that removed the 95 doors hadn't cut the drivers side wires at the kick panel on that side... it would have been a bit less work. At least they included the green plug. I think non A/C trucks, and AM radio, radio delete trucks do not come pre-wired for the power door options. My 97 F250HD has A/C and a factory stereo, but no power windows/locks and the wires are there.
