55 headliner

Has anyone figured out how to make a one piece headliner for a 55? I have several different types of plastic and it keeps looking like it will not bend enough to make the entire headliner out of one piece without some creases and breaks. Midfiftys and LMC are made in three pieces.

Larry, have you tried bending it with the aid of a heat gun, makes a huge difference. John
