down pipe install

well today iam gonna try to install the 3 inch mbrp d-pipe on the stroker. any tips or advice? this is the first time iam doin this.

Seems some trucks are assembled in a way that allows a 3" or even a 3-1/2" down pipe to be installed without modification.

Where exactly am I looking for the clearance issue?

Yes, do not use a torch. I think its Cope who always posted that picture of the burned up truck. I don't think there is a truck that this can be done on without modification to it. Use a porta power to push on the firewall.
