No, I've had mine for a few years now and still working. I did unplug it from OBDII once and when I plugged it back in it did not power up. Fix there was to push both buttons at same time and all was well.

What's the issue with yours?

Some times it comes on with a blank green screen and sometimes just the red lights flash with a black screen
