I've been fighting this problem for a few weeks now. My 351 f250 will not start. I have spark. I was having issue with the fuel pump before and the relay need to be replaced. That all checks out. Checked the fusible link too. Checked out. Even redid the splices to the relay as they looked pretty corroded. Today i just replaced the fuel filter. Now the fuel pump is working, and i jumperd it to get all the air out of the lines. I crawled under the truck and the fuel seems to be returning but, sounds like a trickle. I'm thinking the sock in the tank is clogged. Last time the truck ran it was running pretty rough. I do have bad gas in the tank but i would think it would atleast start. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm guessing at this point it is either the regulator or the fuel pump sock is clogged.

You say the gas is bad, you should drain it then. It won't start with bad gas, if a lot of water is present. A marine outboard motor fuel line and squeeze ball works well. You should also get a fuel pressure gauge and see what you have for pressure.
I was just thinking of picking up a fuel pressure gauge. I'll drain the bad gas and see if that helps. I'll jumper the relay and pull the line of the fuel pump to drain it out into a bucket. Come to think of it that is probably not the best idea with the high pressure fuel pump.
