NEED TAIL GATE

Hello
I hope this is in the right place.Sorry if it is not.
I smashed my tail gate on my 04 ford f150 and need to buy a new one . I heard i could buy one prepainted somewhere but cannot find where ?

The only place i know of to get one that is already painted is a salvage yard. I know one of the local ones will color match for an extra cost and if they don't have one in stock can usually find it from another salvage yard that is part of their network.

Tailgates are the most sought after part for these trucks.

I got lucky and snagged one from the owner of a truck that was totaled when it hit a Toyota in the behind.
