I bet that Code is just from the engine stall

Id pull the IPR and check the screen if its pushed or has a hole in it

do you have any gauges

The IPR can come out without pulling the turbo (as NewToDiesels answered earlier).

Huh??? The IPR valve should have two wires going into the connector, one red wire and one yellow with red stripe coloured wire. If one of them is MIA or shorted to the other one, the engine will NOT fire.

An IPR valve socket. But in absence of it, you can make your own, by buying the correct size/depth socket and cutting out a slot to clear the connector.

Well Guys, I took the IPR valve out and had a look see, the thing was completly stopped up, I removed the green o-ring and popped the screen off and cleaned the crap out of it, will buy a new one Monday, put it back in, and the truck fired right up, what does this valve do???? IPR (internal pressure regulator) is this what ipr means??? I also added a coolant filter system, with screw on filters, but I watched the video on sinister diesel on how they plumbed it, I went into the heater hose(as did they) and from there to the degas bottle, but the heater hose line has a valve in line also, when you flip the heat on the dash the valve opens but if im running the a/c is the water still going to circulate thru the filter????? but thanks for all of your help, couldnt have done it without yall, Thanks Benny.....

Did you plumb the tee before or after the valve it needs to be before, front of motor side.

IPR - Injection pressure regulator - it controls the high pressure oil pressure to the injectors - based on the reading from the ICP sensor, etc.

ipr is a metered oil bleed off from the high pressure oil pump. it allows the excess pressure to bleed of and return back to the sump (oil pan).
the icp is the result of the pressure built by the pump minus the pumps bleed off by duty cycling the ipr, that duty cycle is controlled by the pcm.

cheezit thanks for the explanation... I have been wondering how the pressure was regulated by the IPR since I replaced my HPOP a little while back. I knew what it did, but didn't quite get the how. I would rep you, but the mean program coding won't let me. Apparently, I'm being regulated...

BTW - Mr Hurricane - glad you got her running! Awesome job. Thanks for posting the fix.
