Question need help with rusted oil pan & rear main seal

New to site and asking for suggestions. I have a 94 ford f250 with a 351. Oil pan is rusted(common I quess) and two bolts are broken above crossmember. Rear main seal also leaking. Am I better to pull motor or can I have room to drill out bolts? Seems as tho it would be hard to pull back tranny and xfer case with a floor jack and me (two hands). If I jack up motor can I have enough room to pull motor forward to install seal? This is a plow truck and might be needing soon. Any help would be great.
