Squeak in door pillar?

I have a routine squeak in either the door or door pillar in my standard cab 2001 Ranger.

Has anyone had similar and what was the fix?

if the door hinges a oil can works , is the hing pins worn out and the door jiggles as you drive it ? if so they need fixed !

Not sure about yours, but for my '91, Ford recommends lubricating the weatherstripping with silicone lubricant. Ford actually gave a Ford part number, but the parts guy said I didn't want it. It was ridiculously priced. So, I just got some silicone spray and sprayed it on a rag. Then, wipe down the weatherstripping with the rag that you just sprayed. It has cured a squeak from my door more than once.
