Hi Jeff,
This is Stan from DC Power Engineering, please contact me either by phone; 951.509.5617 x 202 or email stan@dcpowerinc.com.
I don't know how your order got lost or forgotten or what? But I would like to see what I can do to remedy this situation and get your alternator sent out to you, if you are still interested in doing business with us? These are very popular alternators and although we do run our selves out of inventory periodically, we usually have them in stock at all times?
Thank you,
Stan.
well not to comment one way or another on this but my personal experience was a good one. ordered a 185 amp unit and recieved it 2 weeks later and im in Canada. been in a month now and all is great. i certainly would buy from them again and i give them kudos for the prompt response to the OP's concern.
