Major brake problem
Hello everyone. I have an 03 S/D. It has a 7.3 and my problem is that the driver brings me the truck a few wks ago and says that his brake pedal fades. I diagnose and replace the master cylinder. Everything is fine. Now he brings it to me saying when he hits the brake pedal that his brakes lock up and refuse to release. So I have now added to the replacement of the master cylinder, the hydro booster. It still locks up and doesn't want to release. While I was testing it and had my foot on the pedal I noticed that the steering wheel was hard to turn while applying brakes so I replaced it as well. Still brakes won't release. 
Has anyone out there got a clue. I have even tried to pull codes for the ABS thinking that maybe the HCU was giving a code but nothing. Really has me by the **** now... HELP
