I just baught another truck and I'm in the process of swapping stuff from my old truck to my new one. Can I swap turbo and the pedistol from one engine to the other?

Yes you can but depending on which turbo the truck originally had you may need to replace the up pipes and baby's butt as well as some other items to support the the bigger turbo like injectors ect... This only cones int play if it's an early 99 truck late 99 up it is a direct fit.

Unfortunately to make the 38R work on an E99 you will have to change some things to update the intake. Can still be done but will not just bolt in. you will need to use the late pedestal, up pipes, and intake plenums, maybe Clay could get you what ever else you would need from his conversion kit? Riffraff Diesel: Riffraff Early 99 7.3L Conversion Kit

GPR shut I believe might give a diagnostic code for GP bank, not sure if it will be soft or hard code though.

If the date on the valve cover is before 12/7/98 then no, but if after then yes.

Pretty good it has a superchips programmer on it now. Came with the truck. Going to send ts re chip off for a reburn but since it was in an automatic. il do that after I get gauges for it. Has anyone rebuilt a zf6 on here? How much was a rebuild kit and is it easy to do? The guy I bought the truck from said it was rebuilt before he got it but I think it needs new synchronizers and it is hard as hell to get the shifted to go over for Lo and reverse anyone had this problem? 1-5 shift fine
