Fx4 Decals
OK so I am considering removing my current Fx4 Decals to install the one of the two in the links below. What I wanted to know is has someone done this and did the current decals come off cleanly without a ton of work?

I really like the 2010 or newer decals but I am just not sure if it is worth the work involved or if I should leave well enough alone.

Get a heat gun heat up the decal and it should pull right off. It you don't have a heat gun try a blow dryer or park in the sun. If you get the decal at the right temp it will come off close to clean if it leaves any residue get some gas(will not leave a residue) or goo gone(will leave a oily residue needs to be cleaned up) and clean.

Yeah I agree with the black and grey it goes perfect. So I am still looking around for the new style decal in black and grey but all I can find is black and red or black and blue.

Do you have a picture of the new decal and the old decal on your truck? I would love to see a before and after shot.

I do not, i actually peeled off my STX sticker and put on a FX4. Mine came right off with some heat, the only thing you could see was where the sticker was it was like brand new paint, but all aound it there was mild surface scratches so you could see the outline of the sticker. No problem, cause my FX4 sticker covered the whole area.

I say the 2010 decal will look the best. I started doing this and never ended up putting on a new decal.I liked the sleek, no sticker look better. But you will see that removal is easy.I did it on a sunny day in the summer. No tools at all, just picked at the corner and pulled
