It's the valve that pushs down (spring loaded in the center of the standpipe) 1 big spring that is basically held on by what you see , then the little spring that depresses the little "button" pictured....
For what it's worth if anyone needs it the part # is Part #3C3Z-6C755-AA (Oil Tube) $52 at the dealership...
You can get just the valve in what the call a service pack from Intl. But it's $44 just for that the ford part is a whole new oil standpipe inc. A new seal .
