Ignition help needed!
Hi all, need some help/advice on getting spark to a 96 5.8 out of an F150. Here's what I'm facing: pulled the engine out of a wrecked pickup; it ran great when it came out. I've mounted it on a stand and am going to run it on woodgas and use it to power a generator. I'm stripping the fuel injection off of it, along with any unnecessary wiring. Can anyone tell me what I wiring I need to do to get spark, or should I just replace the ignition system with an older Duraspark? Thanks for any help!
