I don't know when your truck was built, but my first guess would be NOX sensor. If it is an early build, it could be one of the ghost code issues also.
In my opinion you should go to your dealer of choice, make sure the diesel staff is good, talk to the tech and watch him/her retrieve the code and ask questions about it.
You are entitled to warranty service. If there is a problem you should not fix it yourself, not yet anyway. We all have paid into the warranty system and ford also needs info on these motors if there are going to be any recurring issues.
Just my opinion. The motor is still new and you should not have to chase down the code yourself.
