If you want to know the exact total with all the same features your truck has, there is only one source for this info: martiauto.com.
In the late 1980's, FoMoCo was planning to THROW AWAY all the records that pertained to 1967/79 FoMoCo vehicles.
Kevin Marti, a "Mustang nut" in Phoenix AZ found out about the plan and got ALL of it.
When people request info, it's known within the hobby as a Marti Report. There is a fee for Marti's services which escalates, depending on how much info you want.

If you want further info, there is a chart * that has the percentage breakdown of options that each series of F100/350 & E100/350; Bronco's & Ranchero's came with.
For example, 40.9% of 1979 F250's had 4WD.
* The chart will be found here: The Standard Catalog of Light Duty Ford Trucks 1905-2002 / krause.com / ISBN: 0-87349-411-3 / Pages 195-196 Historical
The chart is extensive, the print is small, there are no paragraphs defining each particular series, so it would be a royal pain to type all the info here.
