Cruise control isn't working

Cruise control isn't working
Just one of the issues with this truck however I've looked through some threads on this problem and can't pinpoint it. The recall on the switch has been done, all brake lights work including the cab. Replaced the sensor on the differential this am. and still won't work. 
Where else to look but wiring?

Was the cruise control working before you had the recall done for the cruise control ??
I got my recall in the mail last week for the cruise control so I have to take my truck in to be done . My cruise is working now but if it doesn't after the recall , then I will take it back to the dealer to have them fix what they broke .

It's an auto, forgot to add that to my sig. The early '99 I had had the broken cpp switch in it.
