Just looked at the 1994.5-1997 forum and yep, they are turboed. So, What is the major differences in the engines? Are all parts interchange is a good question.

LOL, that's why I'm asking. From what I can tell, the blocks are all the same.... T444E or powerstroke.

IT APPEARS that the only real differences are the top ends and bolt-ons.

Just hoping someone with some concrete knowledge (AKA A LOT more that I have) chimes in!

Did the pdf file help?
There are some differences that you need to be aware of. For instance, the counterweights on the crank are larger on the newer engines so it won't fit in the older blocks unless you clearance the block first. The cam grind is different so you'll have to swap in one from a Ford engine (F250/F550). I suppose you could use the T444E cam but you would need custom tunes designed for that particular grind.

Here is the entire file. (64 pages...)
Again, from what I can tell...all the T444E engines are about the same as the F650/750 Power Stroke units.

I did read it, thanks. It's a bit over my head. Thanks tho!

As of now... I do NOT have the knowledge myself to do this kinda work. I'm a quick learner when the info is available with guidance... but regardless it's a ways off.
