Too much?
This 94 ford 150 4wd with 351 and an E40D transmission is for sale on a small lot for 4400. I think the guy will go down a bit on it and it has 107,000 with descent tires and nice gray cloth interior. Hard to find descent older 4wd trucks in this area, just wondering if this was a reasonable price.

My '89 was listed at 4,900 at a Ford dealership's used lot, I showed up with $3,500 cash and drove it home. It's the wrong time of year to talk them down on a 4X4 but it's worth a shot.
