Fuse keeps blowing

It doesn't seem to be the fuse that has the gas petal on it. I did blow that one about a year ago when i hit a huge hole that i didn't see, but it never blew again. There seems to be a short somewhere else. Any ideas ?

Forgot - once the column is apart you can pull the wires apart so they won't short, leave the cover off & drive home. Sort it out later in the comfort of you're own driveway 
. I had to do this once on a hunting trip - just be careful gett'n in & out if you stop along the way or you might pull a wire or two loose. (Ask me how I know
