Coolant Flush Question

I think i will just buy some distilled water and G-05. Restore and restore plus scares me. If my delta ever go up, then i will buy a new cooler, flush the heck out of it and install the cooler, until then, i will just do what i have been doing for years with my trucks, simply flush and refill with the manufacturer recommendations.
On coolant choice, I did not read yet someone with 100,000 miles with ELC. When someone use ELC, there is all sort of move they make at the same time, so is it the best of the best solution? They flush, change oil cooler, install a filter. May be 100.000 miles will tell the full story.
