Anyone ever ran or use little power shop fuel injectors They are a shop in Pa they are selling new reman injectors on eBay fairly cheap. Just wonder how good they are? They give a 1 year unlimited mile warranty Thanks jason
Got mine from Pensacola Diesel. Rebuilt OEM's for $195. Isn't that all that's available? Are Ford's new? As in never installed? I was under the impression that the dealership sold remans as well.
They are stock. They are OEM. Just re-manufactured. Forgot the name on the packaging - I think Alliant? I've had them installed about 6 weeks. Probably 3,000 miles - so it's early but truck has never run better. Just slipped them in, torqued 'em down, cranked for about 30 seconds and poof - trucks runs awesome after air was worked out by running down the road for a little while.
Pensacola Diesel has a HORRIBLE reputation for 6.0 injectors. What Ford sells for remans and what everyone else sells for remans are NOT even in the same ball park. It's been rumored that Alliant was doing the reman. for Ford. That's not the case either. Ford uses NEW spool valves. Alliant reman's them.
Learn something new everyday... That's why I hang around here. That would explain why they are cheaper... So far so good for me, but as I said, it's still early.

If Pensacola D. is using/reselling Alliant injectors that's not necessarily a bad thing. Alliant does decent work but a well respected injector builder had a lot of trouble with their remans and went to Ford remans with MUCH greater success. Pensacola had a good warranty but who wants to constantly be changing out injectors to get a good one? Hopefully you got a good set that runs a long time.
