ECT/EOT not bragging

I'me not bragging! I'me concerned. I have been flushing my cooling system every 30 to 40k. I just finished checking my delta's with AE and at 65-70 with engine all warmed up I was getting at max 1.5 to 2 degrees difference. At times with my the EOT would even meet the ECT. Do I have a problem or is my cooling system in peak ship shape?
I have a DieselSite filter and am still using Ford gold coolant.

I just looked at a 2007 F350 for a buddy of mine with 132K, it wasn't much different. I was shocked!

No I don't tow. This truck is my baby and toy. It has towed a couple times. Heaviest was a 7K trailered skid steer. Last month a 5K tailer camper, about 1500 miles. That's it. My only issue right now is getting my ESOF (auto) working correctly.
See my other post HERE.

I will only see a 2-5 deg difference also....I wasnt sure if it was okay or not but I am sure it is....

Heading to the camp ground this afternoon, I saw EOT 186, ECT 184, my TFT was 149deg.

I only have done one flush and have 209,800 miles on it

Guess I cant complain either..lol

HV: what's the temp spread of your ECT/EOT prior to first start of the day after an overnight cold soak? Are they within 2-3 degrees?

just got my scangauge and took my truck on a long drive, once it got up to temp my temp were both steady around 190, did not stray more than 7 degrees except when I climbed a long hill, giving it plenty of throttle, the eot maxed out around 211 and the ect around 201, and as soon as i crested the hill both promptly dropped back down to 190.
