Oil Cooler Gaskets

I have an oil cooler kit ordered from Tousley's. It looks like the kit doesn't include the banjo bolt washers or fuel pipe o-rings?? If not, what kit do I need to order to get them?

I always reuse the fuel pipe o-rings (many many times), even the copper crush washers. The intake gaskets are reusable also. You do NOT have to remove the fuel lines at the heads to do an oil cooler.

I reused the fuel line orings to there easy to get to if you find that you need to change one if it gets messed up

Intakes are reusable to if they dont get Jacked up coming out

you should get a turbo hardware kit remember to use antiseize on those turbo mount bolts I left the back bolt Off since it was a PIA to get out but the oil supply gasket on the top of the turbo does have alittle crush factor to it

and it helps to spread antiseize on the Exhaust Marmon clamps when you go to put the turbo back in alittle slip-n-slide goes along ways

Just remeber to Keep it CLEAN cant stress that enough that IPR screen clogs really easy

heres some pics notice how I stuck the turbo drain tube back in while I cleaned the valley and when I pulled the oil cooler out to help keep the junk out the HPOSystem

Thanks for the info guys. I bought the turbo hardware kit, blue spring regulator kit and upgraded turbo drain also. I found some Never Seez nickel 2400 degree anti-sieze at an industrial supply house.

I hear ya on the IPR. I had to replace one last year because it was sticking.

Benny, it looks like you didn't have to remove your FICM?

My son and I were out in the shop just now cleaning off the bench getting ready for this weekend!
