Need a lil knowledge shared here :-/
First id like to apologize for asking questions that is probably common knowledge, I new to the old Fords.
Im pulling the cleveland out if my 79 F100 today, I have a 429 with auto trans ready to go in, will it bolt right in or will the motor mounts be different? Anyone done this before that may could tell me what needs to be changed to make it work smoothly? Thanks in advance for any help

So you are pulling out a 351C with a C6 (or C4) and are going to install a 429 with a C6. Let us know if this is correct.
I'm pretty sure the mounts among other things are going to be different, but you'll have to wait for someone with more direct knowledge to post.

I believe they are both C6's, ill know more today when I get the cleve pulled
