Changing spark plugs - advice needed
Typically use nothing but Motor Craft or AutoLite Ford spec'd plugs, apply a dab of nickel-based anti-seize to the threads and torque to about 21 ft/lbs. The highly technical description offered in the TSB you cite can scare the bejeebers out of anyone, causing us to think laboratory measuring equipment is the only way to do this properly. Personal hands-on experience by above-average DIY'ers and knowledgeable mechanics all show changing plugs isn't rocket science or brain surgery BUT it does require a bit of patience and following the best practices.
