Just pulled all my injectors; All but one was wet with fuel. I wiped them all dry after pulling the return lines and before pulling them so nothing could dribble down. Hopefully they'll be able to pop test them tomorrow or Fri...

reminds me of the stock E codes i pulled.
i needed no pop tester to know mine were bad.
i had non sticking,but i had;
a.too much cranking required to start the cold engine (5-6 full seconds.once i restored or tested everything else.)
b.too much white smoke with a cold engine.
c.stalling out after quick deceleration.
d.very rich fuel smell on cold starts.
e.once pulled i saw they looked about as good as 17 yr old injections should.

all of which were cured with reman BB's.
(u-haul were giving the things away at like 8 bucks each! )
a.instant cold starts. (within a second.)
b.hardly any white smoke with cold engine.
c.no more stalling.
d.no more rich fuel smell.
e.they looked like brand new of course lol.
f.much smoother running engine.
i didn't notice any performance increase to speak of oddly that many claim they see with BB's over factory E's.but oddly again, despite the failing injectors they didn't effect performance per say.i guess they provided plenty of fuel still at WOT on the hills.just older than gods dog was the issue.

Just pop tested them all yesterday. 5 were popping at 1800 max, 2 were popping around 1500, and one was popping at 1500 but leaked and just squirted fuel instead of atomizing it. Calling Pensecola today to get my return number. We'll see if this fixes it.

Sent my injectors in a while ago, but they only replaced the squirting one, not the low pops.

Put them in, and so far the smoking is gone and the power is back! Still going to build a pop tester when money isn't so tight (Anyone by chance have an old injector line they would part with? The junkyard here is just awful...)

Thanks for all the help everyone! Another problem solved, feels good to have the truck back together for the new year!
