Hard Clunk...
When I come to a complete stop and when I take back off from a stop light, no other time while driving do I hear it. I have done a visual inspection under the truck and can not see anything that looks warn or like it is shifting in any way.

That was it, the slip yoke had practically no grease on it, I cleaned it and pumped some grease on it trying to make sure I got t in all of the splines and then reinstalled. It was 100% better right out of the garage. I like easy fixes!
